The exhibit will celebrate the artistic achievements of elementary level students and visitors to Beaver Lake Nature Center and will be displayed during the month of April. A variety of work relating to nature themes, including animals and landscapes in the form of paintings, drawings, prints, collage and more will be part of the “Student Art – Naturally” exhibit.
An opening reception will be held on Sunday, April 10 to honor the young artists. Each of the students will receive a certificate and ribbon in recognition of his/her participation in the show. Refreshments will be served while family members and friends enjoy the reception.
Artwork selected include: Pumpkin by Cameron Dryer; Fall Tree Reflections by Zoey Coleman; Bald Eagle by Arlin Russo; Georgia O’Keefe Flower by Jianna Metot; and Winter Cardinal by Rhys Curran.
